Digital Underground star confirms Tupac sex tape exists

Ron Brooks, star of Digital Underground, says it's only a matter of time before a sex tape of himself and former bandmate Tupac Shakur is leaked onto the web.

News of the 1991 video was sparked earlier this month and allegedly sees Tupac topless at a house party, dancing with his pants down as a female groupie pleasures him orally.

Brooks, aka, Money-B, also appears in the clip, drinking and smoking marijuana with the late star as the unidentified woman performs the sex act to the sounds of an unreleased Tupac track.

Confirming the tape's exsistence, Brooks tells TMZ.com: "I didn't know who had it, but I knew it was out there, so I'm not surprised."

The person in possession of the tape is currently fielding offers for its ale and has reportedly received a bid of $1m from a drinks owner interested in using the song in the tape as his company's theme tune.

However, the deal is said to face legal challenges from executives of Tupac's estate who have vowed to sue anyone who tries to sell the tape.

Shakur was killed in a drive by shooting in LA in 1996, aged 25.
