Sugababes will have to find a new name following the legal victory of former bandmate Mutya Buena.
She quit the all-girl group in 2005, and has allegedly won a battle over the rights to the band name.
In a post on her Facebook page, the victorious singers writes: "I won the official name of the Sugababes now!!! I deserve this! I'm over the moon!".
The current Sugababes - Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabah and Jade Ewen - doesn't feature and original member of the group.
Reports suggest Buena now plans to reunite with former bandmate Keisha Buchanan as the Sugababes.
