Sugababes star Keisha Buchannan is post-phoning an important hernia operation and going on holiday instead.The singer, 23, has been suffering from the stress-induced condition - which sees the intestines protrude through a gap in the stomach muscles - since October (07) and had planned to schedule the correction surgery during her next break from the band.But Buchannan has decided she would rather enjoy a luxury break to Antigua, West Indies, with her bandmate Amelle Berrabah instead.Fellow Sugababes star Heidi Range insists her pal is being foolish.She says, "We've got three weeks off in January, she (Buchannan) should get it (the surgery) done then.
