Stevie Nicks is grooming her teenage niece to become her personal beautician - so she can take her whole family on tour with her.
The rocker's sister-in-law Lorri Perry Nicks - married to Nicks' brother Chris - travels with the Fleetwood Mac star as one her backing singers.
She's desperate to find a job for their 17-year-old daughter Jessica, so they can turn long road trips into a family affair.
Nicks said; "Jessi wants to be a hairstylist and make-up artist. It would be good to have one in the family - we could all tour together."
