Francis Rossi, the front man for Status Quo, has urged people not to strip off for the sun, and instead stay covered up, but not because of sun damage, because he doesn’t like looking at naked skin.
The former rocker who is famous for bedding hundreds of groupies in the bands heyday, has insisted he is a changed man he hates seeing strangers stripping off in public.
Speaking to British TV show Loose Women "I don't think one should walk around with one's shirt off in town, as it were. It's offensive.
"Some of us are a tad too large to walk on the street (topless). (It's okay) by the beach and so on, but when it gets to walking down the centre of the street in Barcelona with one's top off, it seems odd to me."
When host Sherrie Hewson then asked about women "showing all those things", he added: "Yeah, I don't want to see them either."
