Hip-hop legend Snoop Dogg has announced that he will host the Snoop Bowl, a youth football game to be held in Arizona the day before the Super Bowl.The sixth annual game will feature the Snoop Dogg All-Stars, a California youth football team coached by Snoop Dogg, pitted against local Arizona youth football players.Football legends including Heisman Trophy winner Matt Leinart will be on-hand, with all proceeds going toward his charity, the Matt Leinart Foundation, which supports disadvantage youth through learning centres, sports activities and granting wishes."The Snoop Bowl gives the kids a reason to work and play hard throughout the season, knowing that it all culminates on this day," Snoop Dogg said in a statement. "It is about so much more than the game, the Snoop Youth Football League gives kids hope and meaning outside of just the sport."The Snoop Bowl is set to take place February 2 at Hamilton High School in Chandler, Arizona.Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg is gearing up to release his ninth studio album, 'Ego Trippin' on March 17, as previously reported.--By our Los Angeles staff.
