Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is bracing himself for a backlash when he releases his forthcoming album Last Train To Paris - because he's taken more artistic risks with the project.
The hip-hop mogul admits his upcoming release is a distinct departure from the music featured on his previous discs, like 2006's Press Play, describing its sound as "electro-hip-hop-soul-funk".
Diddy's sure he'll lose some fans over the project - but it's a chance he felt he had to take. He tells Life & Style magazine, "It's the most vulnerable stuff I've ever done, some of the most artistic stuff I've ever been involved in. There's a chance everybody might not like what's in your head. I've taken some chances."
Last Train to Paris is due for release in the spring.
