The Pussycat Dolls have finally put rumours of a split to rest after the group's founder Robin Antin revealed the members are working on their third album together.
The Don't Cha hitmakers have long been dogged by rumours of tension between the members and singer Ashley Roberts reportedly broke down in front of fans and sobbed about the band's break-up last week.
During their recent trip to London, Roberts allegedly sobbed, "This is the last time we'll be in the U.K. as a band. We've broken up. We're sorry." A representative for the girl group immediately dismissed the comments, saying, "The girls are still together. They are in Beirut for a gig."
And now Antin has addressed the rumours about the band she created, insisting all reports of a split are simply "gossip".
In a blog on Twitter.com, Antin writes, "The Pussycat Dolls r (sic) NOT breaking up…. & IF they ever were, u (sic) would hear it from ME 1st, NOT GOSSIP…Album #3 (sic) on the way!"
