Pete Doherty has staged a bizarre impromptu gig on the streets of Moscow, jamming with a passing accordion player.
The Libertines frontman was in the Russian capital to perform a solo acoustic show earlier this month when he spotted the street musician near his hotel.
In a video posted online, Doherty is seen taking his guitar out of its case and joining the man in a rendition of Katyusha, a traditional Russian song about a woman who stays at home while her lover fights in World War II.
The rocker and the mystery busker played together for several minutes, to the delight of passers-by, before Doherty clambered into a waiting van to head to his Moscow show.
