Pearl Jam celebrated their 20th anniversary in style this last weekend with a star-studded festical in Wisconsin, which ended with the rockers performing a three-hour set on Sunday.
The group headlined both nights of the weekend's PJ20 birthday celebration in East Troy and staged the ultimate jam on Sunday night when they performed with all other 12 acts on the bill.
Sunday night's set also featured a second Temple of the Dog reunion with Soundgarden's Chris Cornell. The influencial supergroup featuring Pearl Jam member and Cornell, performed Reach Down with Eddie Verder, Glen Hansard, Dhani Harrison, David Garca and Liam Finn as back-up singers.
The Strokes' Julian Casablancas, John Doe, Liam Finn and Dhani Harrison also joined the band onstage. Earlier in the day, Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder joined Hansard, Finn, Doe and The Strokes onstage during their sets.
On Saturday night,Pearl Jam performed a set of rarities.
Sunday's festivities were briefly halted as the group dedicated Love Boat Captain to the bands and families affected by the recent stage collapses at the Indiana State Fair and Pukkelpop festival in Belgium.
