Sean "P Diddy" Combs was spotted wearing a sling at an event in Miami, Florida, last week after having the surgery.
A representative for the 42 year old, confirmed that he got an operation to treat a recurring shoulder problem.
A spokesperson for the I'll be Missing You singer told E! Online, "Diddy had minor surgery on his shoulder to fix an old injury."
