One Direction In Origami Form
Ever gotten back from a concert and wondered what to do with the ticket? You can’t throw it away, that just seems a waste, but what do you do with it? If you're artist Mark Bolitho, you make works of art out of them.
The world famous origami artist was commissioned by ticket site StubHub to create a series of small sculpture recreating some the world’s biggest names in music with their tickets, after finding out that 72% of music fans keep old tickets for sentimental reasons.
Ranging from a paper version of One Direction to a Marilyn Manson made entirely out of ticket stubs, the ‘Let the Ticket Live’ exhibition will be displaying off the figures in London.
