Boy George needs little introduction… He first shot to international stardom in the 1980’s as the front man of one of the UK’s biggest exports - Culture Club and has sold over 50 million albums and has had top 10 hits in every country.
Singer, actor, DJ, artist, photographer, fashion designer, he has constantly reinvented himself and remains today one of the world’s most recognisable iconic figures.
However, I have two little problems with this latest piece of news… he’s making a comeback, great, my mum will be thrilled - yet he’s named his song Amazing Grace, and the video is the most bizarre thing I’ve ever seen in my life.
Okay, so he’s not releasing THAT Amazing Grace, but on Monday 22nd March, his first single of 2010, will be released by MN2S new label, Decode Records. Written by Boy George, John Themis & Roland Faber and produced & mixed by Kinky Roland, the single also features additional vocals by the critically acclaimed Portuguese singer Ana Lains.
Have a look at the video below and let us know what you reckon.
