Nikki Reed sparks rumours of secret wedding
Nikki Reed's representative has denied reports the actress has secretly married fiance Paul McDonald, after the pair were spotted wearing matching gold bands on their ring fingers.
The Twilight star announced her engagement to the former American Idol star earlier in the year, but have been keeping any wedding plans to themselves.
Earlier this month, the couple prompted speculation it they had secretly exchanged vows when they were seen with new jewellery on their ring fingers.
However, Reed's spokesperson has brushed off the claims, explaining that the rings are simply a sign of commitment to each other.
The rep tells E! Online: "Nikki and Paul got rings a few weeks ago while in Washington, D.C., because Paul wanted to wear one while he's on tour and away from Nikki, as a way to feel close to her while they're apart. They aren't married yet."
