Nicola Roberts was wrapping presents
Nicola Roberts turned firefighter when a blaze broke out as she wrapped Christmas gifts.
The Girls Aloud star was sorting out festive presents for her family at her home in south England when a sheaf of wrapping paper was set alight by a nearby candle.
Roberts was shocked at her dangerous mishap - but she quickly managed to extinguish the flames.
In a post on Twitter, she writes: "I have just had a full on fight with fire!!!! Candles and wrapping paper DO NOT MIX people."
