The singer went for surgery on Friday and shared the gory details with fans by posting a video online after the operation.
The footage, posted on Twitter, shows Owen slurring his speech as he pulls his teeth out of a bag and talks about his recovery.
He reveals he is determined to bounce back, and promises fans he will be back on stage as soon as possible.
Owen says: "I just want everyone to know that I'm doing just fine and I will be out there singing for you soon."
