The trial of Michael Jackson's doctor has been delayed by a Los Angeles judge just a week before it was due to begin. Lawyers representing Dr Conrad Murray, charged with the manslaughter of the star, filed the request on Friday after the prosecution team accquired newly disclosed experts. Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor granted the appeal citing "the need for fundamental fairness". Murray has pleaded not guilty to the charge relating to Michael Jackson's death in 2009, the result of The trial, originally scheduled for March 11th is now set to begin on May 2nd.
