Mel B Slams Murphy In Another Statement....
A day after Eddie Murphy confirmed his paternity of Melanie Brown's baby in a statement, the former Spice Girl has fired back at the comedian, complaining that he isn't fulfilling his parental duties.The British singer slammed Murphy for failing to visit the newborn tot Angel Iris - despite her encouragement.Brown's lawyer Gloria Allred says, "He has not indicated in his statement or to us that he plans to visit the baby."She insists that Brown's main concern is for Murphy to "see his child, spend time with her, hold her, love her and bond with his daughter."In Friday's (03Aug07) statement, Murphy angered Brown by contradicting her claims that the pregnancy was planned.Baby Angel was born on 3 April (07) and a subsequent Dna test established Murphy, who is now engaged to producer Tracey Edmonds, as the father.
