Kasabian frontman Tom Meighan has no plans to follow in the footsteps of his bandmates and become a dad, insisting he doubts he will ever be ready for parenthood.
Kasabian took a year-long hiatus last year so guitarists Serge Pizzorno and Chris Edwards could concentrate on dad duties.
And despite insisting that a baby would be "mega" and give him focus, Meighan admits he will probably "never" be prepared for fatherhood.
He tells the News of the World, "My mate is having a baby and I'm going to be an uncle as my bro is having one. Kids are everywhere, I'm the cabbage patch uncle! It's cute to see these little humans but I don't want kids yet.
"I'm not ready and I probably never will be ready. I need to reflect on my own life before I have children. All this baby talk is making me nervous."
