Marc Anthony Is The 'Burp Whisperer'....

New father Marc Anthony is so hands-on with his and Jennifer Lopez's baby twins, the star and her staff have nicknamed him the 'Burp Whisperer'.The Latin star is smitten with newborn Max and Emme and has been volunteering to change their nappies and tend to the tots day and night.He says, "I'm so excited. I'm so hands-on with them that the household developed a nickname for me. They call me the Burp Whisperer".Anthony, meanwhile, praises his superstar wife, claiming having twins was inevitable - because everything she touches turns to gold.He adds, "I told Jennifer, nothing you do is small. Everything you do it on such large scale. The first time you give birth, you give birth to twins".Meanwhile in seperate news dad Marc Anthony has left his newborn twins at home with their mother Jennifer Lopez for the first time, to attend a police foundation gala in New York.The singer supported the Nypd and commissioner Ray Kelly at the event at New York's Waldorf Astoria Hotel on Tuesday (11Mar08), to return a favour.He tells the New York Post, "I'm a life-long New Yorker. I've always worked for the Nypd and done fundraisers for fallen police officers.

"Five years ago Ray Kelly helped me organise a Hispanic presentation. So when he called last week and invited me - even though I'm a little busy with our babies - I came. This is my first time out of the house since the babies came".

Lopez gave birth to babies Max and Emme on 22 February (08).
