Madonna is planning a spectacular world tour to celebrate her 50th birthday next year (08), according to reports.The pop superstar reaches the landmark in August 2008 and sources claim she is busy lining up a series of dates to mark the occasion.According to the New York Post, the tour will be called "Madonna at 50".Meanwhile Grammy winner Annie Lennox has thanked Madonna for her support in raising awareness of Aids in South Africa.The former Eurythmics star was thrilled with The Material Girl's contribution to the starstudded charity track Sing, which raises funds for South Africa's Treatment Action Campaign.She says, "It was really cool of her."Madonna has a huge audience and her involvement will help to spread with word wider.".
