M.I.A proved she chan’t handle criticism from the media after posting a journalist's telephone number on her Twitter.com account after the writer penned an unflattering profile about the Paper Planes hitmaker.

The star was so appalled when New York Times Magazine writer Lynn Hirschberg took aim at her in a lengthy critique she decided to get her own back so M.I.A. took to her Twitter.com blog on Thursday and posted Hirschberg's personal phone number, writing; "CALL ME IF YOU WANNA TALK TO ME ABOUT THE N Y T TRUTH ISSUE, ill b taking calls all day b**ches."

Hirschberg laughed off the feud, stating, "It's a fairly unethical thing to do, but I don't think it's surprising... The messages (I've received) have mostly been from people trying to hook up with M.I.A."

Grow up M.I.A, come back when you can handle the spotlight.
