Lindsay Lohan’s life just seems to be going from bad to worse, first she loses her lady lover, then she loses loads of weight, and now she looks as though she could lose a shed load of cash after driving into a photographer!
The starlet could face being sued by the paparazzo after her car was driven into him in Hollywood, leaving the pap injured and very, very angry, so angry in fact, that not only does he want to sue Miss Lohan, but he also wants her to go to jail too!
The weirdest thing is though, the man is pi*sed at Li-Lo, despite the fact that she wasn’t even driving the car, but sat in the passenger seat!
