Lily Allen Takes Aim At Sweet Susan
We’re all still utterly in love with Susan Boyle, but it seems Lily Allen (as usual) has something to say about the latest threat to her musical crown, by dubbing the Scottish sensation as overrated.
The Scottish spinster has become a global sensation since she first appeared on reality TV show Britain's Got Talent and captivated judges Simon Cowell and Piers Morgan with her powerful voice.
But Allen isn't impressed and is backing her big rival, 12-year-old Shaheen Jarfagholi, to triumph. Allen says, "I thought her timing was off on Britain’s Got Talent - no control, and I don’t think she has an amazing voice.
"She can sing, but it’s not about talent with her, is it? She seems like a lovely lady but, if the show is about talent, then that Shaheen kid should win."
