Lil Wayne could be in deeper hot water after his assistant has testified that he had seen the singer with a hadgun during his time with the star.Terry Bourgeois, Lil Wayne's assistant, testified he saw a handgun "occasionally" on the hip-hopster's tour bus as well as various people smoking marijuana. however,he was unable to identify exactly who the .40-caliber pistol belonged to.Last month, a police officer told jurors she searched the vehicle after detecting the scent of cannabis as it was parked outside New York's Beacon Theatre following a July 2007 concert.
