Portraits of Sean 'Diddy' Combs and R&B star John Legend are to be hung in the prestigious Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.
A new exhibit will feature 50 large-scale photographs of the country's most influential figures in entertainment, politics, sports and business in order to serve as a positive representation of America's black leaders.
Veteran actress Whoopi Goldberg and tennis ace Serena Williams will also be showcased in the collection.
The Black List, which was inspired by the 2008 TV documentary of the same name, is to open at the National Portrait Gallery today.
