The singer will play nine dates across the country in support of his debut album Electronic Earth which was released in April.
The tour will begin at Bristol's O2 Academy on October 17 and finish up at Newcastle's O2 Academy on October 28.
The star will perform a collection of his hits including 'Let The Sun Shine', 'Earthquake', 'Last Time' and his new single 'Express Youself'.
Tickets for the shows go on sale on June 8.
Labrinth recently revealed that he refused to write songs for X Factor contestans despite being signed to Simon Cowell's Syco Record Label.
