Korn frontman Jonathan Davis is heaving a huge sigh of relief after reading former bandmate Brian 'Head' Welch's new autobiography - because it isn't an attack on the group. The frontman feared his ex-guitarist, who quit the group to become a born-again Christian, would blast him in print, but Welch talks mostly about his personal demons in the book, Save Me from Myself: How I Found God, QuitKorn, Kicked Drugs and Lived to Tell My Story.Davis tells heavy rock magazine Kerrang, "It didn't turn out as bad as I thought it might. The stuff he wrote about us was OK, I guess. It could have been a whole lot worse."The singer hasn't had the chance to speak with Welch since the guitarist attacked Davis and his ex-bandmates on the Internet, branding the rockers "wicked" and "sinful."Davis adds, "He just didn't have to attack our band that we've all put our hearts and souls into. He just didn't have to say all that s**t about us being evil and negative.""He felt God was telling him to do this and do that and, you know what, maybe he was. But there was no need for some of the things he said. We were getting attacked for no reason and it really hurt my f**king feelings."
