Kid Rock has pleaded not guilty to a battery charge following a fight in a Waffle House last year (07).The star and five members of his entourage were arrested for misdemeanour battery after a brawl in an Atlanta, Georgia restaurant in October following a concert in the area.Rock - whose real name is Robert James Ritchie - wasn't at the DeKalb County State Court on Monday (03Mar08) to enter his plea.His lawyer Darryl Cohen waived an arraignment hearing and entered a not guilty plea on the 37-year-old's behalf.
