We got a week to get it right - no pressure... It'll be much smoother on Thursday night!
Keith Urban delighted fans in Nashville on Thursday when he opened a rehearsal session up to the public, giving them the chance to have a sneak peek of his upcoming tour.
The singer invited a group of devotees and local music industry professionals to join him at the Municipal Auditorium as performed parts of his set list in preparation for his Get Closer trek, which kicks off in Biloxi, Mississippi next week.
But the practise run wasn't without its problems - "Urban hit the wrong notes on the odd track and forgot the words to his own songs during the 70-minute gig," reports Billboard.com.
He brushed off the mishaps, telling the crowd, "We got a week to get it right - no pressure... It'll be much smoother on Thursday night!"
Urban's public rehearsal was similar to one held by country star Taylor Swift last month. The White Horse hitmaker sold off tickets to a soundcheck to raise money for U.S. flood relief charities.
