John Legend is launching his own record label to help find and promote new up-and-coming talent.
The singer-songwriter has agreed a deal with bosses at music publishing company Cherry Lane, which includes the development of his own imprint, called HomeSchool Music.
A statement from Cherry Lane's bosses reads, "Through this new joint venture, we are looking forward to uncovering some of the best new talent together".
