Jared Leto violated the terms of their recording contract by refusing to deliver three more albums as per their agreement.They allege 30 Seconds To Mars were due to release six albums on Virgin - but quit on 4 July after only completing half the required number of records.The band's last album, A Beautiful Lie, was released in 2005, however, a representative for Leto insists the band stopped recording because they still haven't been paid for their efforts to date - despite selling more than 2 million records for Virgin, to which they've been signed for nine years.
