Janet Jackson took to the stage in Australia on Tuesday night hours after Conrad Murray's guilty verdict was announced in Los Angeles and told the crowd "justice" had been served.
The physician was tried on an involuntary manslaughter charge relating to the death of Jackson's superstar brother Michael in 2009, and the singer cancelled a number of shows Down Under recently so she could be with her family during the later stages of the court case.
Murray was found guilty on Monday and just a day later, Jackson fulfilled her concert commitment by performing her final show at the Sydney Opera House on Tuesday.
At the end of the gig, Jackson thanked her fans for their support throughout the ordeal and declared justice had been served.
She told the crowd, "I want to thank all of you, for all of your love and all of your support. It's not just for me but for my entire family. Thank you so much... Justice was good today."
