Halliwell arrived at the annual Christmas Carol service at St Paul's Church in London holding hands with club entrepreneur Louis Buckworth on Tuesday evening.
The pair happily embraced each other for pictures, before leaving the event together.
Halliwell has known Buckworth, 28, for several years - she attended his marriage to British socialite Chloe Delevigne in 2007. The society couple split two years later amid rumours she had cheated on him with his best friend.
