Lynyrd Skynyrd rocker Gary Rossington is facing driving under the influence charges after he was arrested last month.The 56 year old, a founder member of the classic rock band, was stopped by cops in Milton, Georgia on 9 September.In his police report, arresting officer Alan Kelton writes, "Mr. Rossington was very unsteady on his feet and almost fell over multiple times. I had Mr. Rossington sit in his vehicle so he would not fall. Mr. Rossington stated 'I know I am drunk, I do not want take the evaluations.'"Rossington was cited and released.
