DMX has now clocked up either arrests in the past eight months, this time for failing to attend a court hearing in Phoenix, Arizona on Tuesday.The 37 year old was due to face a felony drug charge, but failed to show, prompting Commissioner Phemonia Miller to issue a bench warrant for his arrest.DMX - real name Earl Simmons - has spent most of the year in and out of custody and court over a series of legal woes. Just last month he pleaded not guilty to felony charges of theft and identity theft after he was accused of using a false identity to avoid paying medical bills.In January he was arrested for allegedly speeding in Phoenix. In May he was charged with suspected drug possession and animal cruelty following raids on his Arizona home.A month later, in June, the star was arrested for allegedly attempting to buy drugs from an undercover officer, and in July he was taken into police custody for violating his bail terms relating to a previous driving incident in June.
