Conor Maynard’s been announced as the first headline act for BT’s upcoming set of ‘Infinity Presents’ concerts, which will be the first ever gigs streamed live on the internet in high definition.
Showing the concerts over the BT Infinity Presents YouTube page, there’ll be three concerts coming up over the next three months, with Conor set to be the first on November 20th.
There are two more concerts planned, on December 10th and January 5th respectively with yet unnamed artists headlining each.
Not only will Conor Maynard be performing though, he’ll also be interacting with fans online, answering questions sent through to him with the tag #AskConor from today as well as responding to comments and requests throughout the live gig.
David James, the marketing director of BT Retail said, “BT Infinity Presents will demonstrate the potential of superfast fibre optic broadband to bring exciting, fully interactive and high definition online events into people’s homes. We’ve lined up three top music acts to kick off the series in the unique setting of the BT Tower, accessible to everybody online, but even better with BT Infinity.”
