Cheryl and Ashley Cole might have planned an amicable split, but it seems the pair are at a stalemate over which of them keeps their two pet puppies.

The tiny Chihuahuas, are now locked in a custody battle between the couple, and Cheryl is adamant that she deserves sole custody of the pooches, whilst Ashley isn’t quite so keen on severing all ties with the missus.

Whilst Buster and Coco can’t speak for themselves, it is thought that Ashley will be given a few days custody of the pets when he gets back to London, but they will be delivered to him by a chauffeur rather than Cheryl herself!

Wow, chauffeur-driven dogs/ seriously, some celebrities have more money than sense.
