After yesterdays outburst from Simon Cowell saying Britney Spears is in control of her actions, a photographer has claimed that Britney tips off her entourage of paparazzi so they can follow her every move.Photographer, Alison Silva, claims that the singer maintains constant contact with the snappers so she can cleverly manage coverage of her current escapades. Silva said: "Britney is in on it. She calls the paparazzi before she goes out. We know 15 minutes before she leaves the house. It's all staged."Silva went onto say that Britney even apologised after four snappers were arrested for dangerous driving after chasing her in Los Angeles last week. "One of them told me that Britney sent him a text message and said she was sorry. She tried to talk the cops into not arresting them. Money, fame, the excitement. It's part of her life."Britney has recently had a relationship with one of her snappers but has reportedly now dumped him.
