Troubled singer Britney Spears has fired her latest assistant, according to U.S. reports.The woman, known only as Carla, has been a constant presence at Spears' side throughout recent weeks, but has now reportedly been sacked by the Toxic hitmaker after being accused of talking to the press.Carla - Spears' one time housekeeper - is said to have been fired by Spears' companion/manager Sam Lutfi, who suspected she was revealing intimate details of the star's life to the media.A source tells celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, "Carla used to be Britney's maid. One day, Britney just decided on a whim that Carla should be her assistant".Another of Spears' assistants, Kalie Machado, sold her story to a U.S.magazine last year (07) revealing her insight into Spears' life around the time of her famed head-shaving incident in February 2007.
