Hold It Against Me is expected to topple Bruno Mars' Grenade at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 on Thursday, becoming only the 18th song to debut at number one since the chart began in 1958.
If Spears does make it to number one this week, it'll complete a triple for the singer - the lead singles from her last two releases, 3 and Womanizer, also hit the top of the Hot 100.
