Alexandra Burke might have angered her fellow X Factor finalist when she took home the winners gong despite being a carbon copy of Leona Lewis, but now the 'diva' has managed to annoy them all over again after landing preferential treatment on the talent show tour.
Sources say a few noses have been seriously put out of joint on the official X Factor tour as the 20-year-old singer has been given her own huge dressing room for each show. An insider with The Daily Mail revealed: 'Some of the finalists, including Diana Vickers and a couple of the lads from JLS, feel that Alex has distanced herself slightly from the rest of the crowd.'
What's more, somehow Alex is in the running for Best British Single at the Brit Awards tonight for her Christmas No 1 hit Hallelujah, (which she nicked off yet another existing - sort of - musician) can this girl not actually think of anything for herself? First Leona and then Jeff Buckley.
The source continued: 'There has been a bit of bitching between the others, which has only been exacerbated by the upcoming tour, where Alex will have her own backstage area.' Her spokesman confirmed: 'This is what happens every year. Obviously the winner gets a better deal - that's the whole point of winning the show.
'But this is just the way it works, it is in no way her being a diva or anything like that. If JLS have a problem with it, or want their own dressing room, then they should speak to their record label about it.'
The strange hand dancer, Diana Vickers was a long-standing favourite to win the TV talent show, so obviously she is turning into a full scale green eyed monster, heart-throbs JLS, who once had a wardrobe budget (per person) that was way larger than Alexandra's.
The tour starts this Sunday in Aberdeen and ends at Wembley Arena on 25 March - I wonder how long it will take for some major Z-List tantrums to take place.
