Alexandra Burke has always seemed like a rather caring lass, and now she's proven just how generous she is after allegedly offering to give her mother Melissa Bell one of her kidneys.
Doctors told Momma Burke that she was in need of a new organ, but whilst Alex was keen to share her vital parts, Alex's mum refused because there would be a chance that she would not be able to have children afterwards. Alex that is, not Momma Burke.
"I need a new kidney," said the mother. "Alex offered me hers and was very serious about it, but if you take a kidney from a woman who hasn't had babies, you take away her chance of a family. That's more than robbery, it's downright wicked."
I wouldn't exactly call it wicked Mel, more like a daughter wanting to give something back to her mum?
