50 Cent Pays Out Over Assault....

Rapper 50 Cent has been ordered to pay an undisclosed figure after assaulting a photographer.The hip-hop star - real name Curtis Jackson - attacked the New York Post's deputy photo assignment editor Jim Alcorn in 2003.Alcorn filed a lawsuit claiming he was assaulted after taking a photograph of the star as he left a jewellery shop. He sustained neck and jaw injuries.Alcorn's lawyer Sanford Rubenstein tells New York gossip column PageSix, "A settlement was reached and all parties are satisfied."A spokesman for Jackson says, "It's a legal issue that's been settled."
