First forming a friendship before their passion for music led them towards this career path, The Tailormade are an energetic, straight talking trio ready to take on the world with their sound.
Recently announced as the support act for CeeLo Green's upcoming gig at the Lowther Pavilion, they explain here how excited they are, what they've got coming up and more.
It's recently been announced you'll be supporting CeeLo Green on May 31 at the Lowther Pavilion, how did it feel when you got the news?
We were mad excited. We've done some pretty cool gigs so far but this has to be up there with one of the ones we're most looking forward to. CeeLo Green is such a household name and brilliant performer, so we can't wait to warm up the crowd and then see him perform.
How did this opportunity come about?
We've recently signed to management and there's a lot of exciting opportunities on the horizon, so it's a watch this space kind of thing.
What have you got lined up for after the CeeLo gig?
The week after CeeLo we embark on a five week school tour, as well as a few really big shows in the summer. We're currently working on a new EP as well so we can't wait to get that out later on this year.
Obviously you guys are super excited about supporting CeeLo, but who else would you love to go on tour with?
It's different for all of us but someone like Ed Sheeran would just be so cool or Mumford and Sons. Really lively music with a wicked fanbase.
Finally your debut EP 'Thoughts, Fears & Beers' is a collection of six great tracks - which is your favourite and why?
I think overall it has to be 'Days Of Our Lives', it was the last track we wrote on the EP and it's such a fun lively track and really gets the audience going.
'Thoughts, Fears & Beers' is available now on iTunes.
