Since you moved to Australia this year how has life been different for you?

Since moving to Oz my life is very much outdoorsy and revolves round good food and exercise, which I love.

What made you decide to move to Australia in the first place?

The move to Australia was very much a sudden thing. Gave birth to my daughter and decided to move there because my husband is from there and I was curious to check it out and wanted to live somewhere with a hot climate.

Is it difficult moving away and living away from your family and friends?

Yes, it is difficult living away from friends and family but it also teaches you a lot too, about you, your family and the world around you.

What do you miss about living in the UK?

The things I miss is the fashion, the humour and of course my friends and family.

"The move to Australia was very much a sudden thing."

How are you finding family life and being a mum?

Being a mother is an everyday challenge I adore it and wouldn't change anything, it's made me realise that some things are just not that important, as they were before I had my daughter, and to enjoy every moment.

Which of your career paths do you prefer, singing, fashion or modelling?

I really enjoy my modelling because it involves fashion and meeting new and interesting people, fashion photographers and make-up artists.

I love that side of the fashion world and always have done for the past 15 years; it's forever changing and evolving which makes it a constant interest.

How was it supporting David Bowie on his tour?

Supporting David Bowie was a blast I will never forget it and I am so lucky to have done it.

I will treasure the memory and pass it on to my children's children.

You always seem to be snapped wearing gorgeous clothes, what are you favourite designers and shops?

Some of my favourite designers are PRADA, Top Shop, Zimmerman, Sass & Bide, Camilla and Marc, Fleur Wood, Peter Alexander, Charlie Brown, Matthew Williamson, Wheels and Dollbaby, Oscar De La Renta and the occasional vintage piece.

How was it working with Wheels and Dollbaby?

I loved working with Melanie Greensmith (founder of Wheels and Dollbaby), it was a real great day I was filmed and shot throughout the day, and to be at one with the many icons that have also done shoots for Wheels and Dollbaby (Blondie) is a great experience.

How did you find performing at Perth Fashion Week?

Performing at the Perth fashion festival was both nerve wracking and exciting (as I hadn't performed in front of a crowd for over 5 years!)

I'm glad I did it though as I now know I still have it in me!!

How does the Australian version compare to London Fashion Week?

London fashion week is completely different its high energy and high fashion there's a real buzz about London with all sorts of fashion parties to attend and be seen at.

Australian Fashion week, only having seen it this year, I found the fashion to be conservative and at times very flamboyant .It is different because you don't know what to expect, so in that way I think it's a breath of fresh air.
