All Angels

All Angels

Young Voices is the largest children’s concert in the world. It is now in its 13th year and going stronger than ever. Thousands of children are involved in the concerts every year from hundreds of different schools across the country.

They perform alongside some of the most talented artists in the music industry. This year they are performing with All Angels and VV Brown.  Female First have an exclusive chat to classical chart toppers All Angels before the show…

How are you enjoying the concert? Do you love working with the kids?

We are really enjoying the concert. Love working with the kids, they are so enthusiastic and it makes you feel so good to work with them. It’s so great to have their support.

Would you have been inspired as a child if you were to perform in an event like this?

It would have been amazing to perform in an event like ‘The Young Voices’. It is very exciting and inspiring to be performing with the kids.

Apart from Young Voices, have you got any more concerts or shows coming up in the New Year?

After ‘The Young Voices’ we are doing some concerts in Christmas with Thomas Spencer Wortley. We are all still at university so we need to make sure our performing and student lives are balanced.

In the last few years where have you enjoyed performing the most?

We have enjoyed all of our performances especially ‘The Young Voices’ and the performance we did at the Royal Albert Hall for the 2006 Festival of Remembrance and The Classical Brit Awards.

Who you most like to do a collaboration with? Anyone on particular who you have always wanted to perform with?

We all have different idols we would love to do collaborations with but the one we all probably agree on would be Michael Buble.

Your new album ‘Fly Away’ is out in January, could you tell me a bit a about it?

The album is out on January 11th and has an American theme to it. It is different from our previous 2 albums. It is more grown up and we have had more input towards it. We have loved making the album.
