So they did it, The Futureheads returned with almighty grace and poise and hammered home their status as one of this countryâs finest alt-punk-pop bands in recent memory.
Their third album âThis Is Not The Worldâ was met with much praise for the bandâs sheer determination and ability to achieve such a comeback.
Sold out tours, a growing fan base and extensive festival offers all came flooding in and kept the Futureheads machine turning. It has no plans to stop here â next single is the excellent âWalking Backwardsâ on August 4. Bearing one of the catchiest choruses on the album, itâs the third in a long line of potential singles from the album.
The Futureheads recently supported old pals the Foo Fighters on their UK Stadium shows and have just returned from America where they did some key dates, wowing the US crowd with their comeback album just as they did on these shores.
