Mix analog synths, indie-glam guitars, pulsating beats and you have Jupe Jupe. 'Headlong To Ground,' is the band’s newest single, a sleek, multi- layered soundscape fueled by generations of pop music and pop culture.
After hunkering down for nearly a year to write and record numerous tracks, the band turned to Martin Feveyear of Jupiter Studios who has worked with a multitude of acts including REM, Modest Mouse, Robert Fripp, and Cornershop to help engineer and produce the single and its B-side.
Jupe Jupe is composed of My Young on vocals and synthesizer, Bryan Manzo and Patrick Partington on guitar, and drummer Jarrod Arbini veterans of the Seattle and Austin music scenes.
Their first CD, 'Invaders,' released in 2010, spent over a month in the CMJ top 200, received rave reviews internationally and resulted in licensing offers including Hugo Boss, The Gap and 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians'
