James Zabiela releases his first track of 2011 on Nick Warren’s infamous Hope imprint.
James Zabiela is set to release his first track of 2011 - ‘Blame’ on the 7th of March. Originally included on James’ compilation for last years ‘Renaissance: The Masters Series’, the original mix is accompanied by two superb remixes from Robert Babicz and Tom Budden.
‘Blame’ has since been the subject of a strong viral campaign following a fan posting it on Youtube. Just over ten months later, the track has been viewed over 50,000 times, with that in mind James has taken the decision to give the track an official outing. He has also tweaked the version on this release to give something sonically fresh.
James is the quintessential global DJ consistently playing to sell out crowds at clubs and festivals across the world. Having put out mix compilations on the aforementioned Renaissance and Ministry of Sound, he also has an impressive production catalogue to his name that is further enhanced by the upcoming release that will surely take the dance-floor by storm.
Nick Warren comments “What can I say about James? From the shy lad who came with me to Finland for his first major overseas gig to the jet setting king of energy his rise has been nothing short of phenomenal. And his productions are hitting the spot every time. We at Hope are proud to present our 99th release along with two cracking remixes. Robert sprinkles his magic once again and Tom delivers a cool as you like mix for the deeper floors.”
